Opportunities

  • Regional Cooperation at higher level (SADC Council of Ministers agreed that Sector ministers should meet every year to review and assess the progress of the implementation of programmes and intervene where necessary, etc)

  • Establishment of a Programme Management Support Unit (PMSU) in the SADC Water Division with the main aim of developing the RSAP Monitoring & Evaluation. (Learning and Communication System that keeps track of the RSAP implementation together with synthesizing and communicating the lessons learned).
